Visit a museum or site of your interest with a duration of two hours and then cook a three-course menu with or without wine, mezcal, tequila or craft beer pairing.
Watching a chef cook can be delightful, but what happens when you get home and try to repeat the ordeal?
This experience enables you to hear the history of the food and ingredients behind its dish, feel them, play and cook with them. At the end you will be capable of reproducing the endeavour at home by yourself, for the recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients easy to find in any part of the world. All of these under the watchful eye of an experienced chef. Every experience has been carefully prepared to make you have a sense of real mexican cuisine and experience its flavors. All three course meal will be prepared by you and you will have the chance to sample and pair it with your choice of wine, beer, tequila or mezcal. All of them obviously mexican. Menus vary according to season and time of the day.
