I am Brazilian and I was born in Rio de Janeiro where I live. I am fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and basic in French.
My interests include movies, museums, reading, theatres, shows, expositions, ballets, history workshops and walk around the city to explore every little corner of it to find out what is new in town and to check the most interesting places to take my clients.
I'm passionate about communicating and learning with people from all different cultures. I am a friendly, cheerful and easygoing person that love to give interesting insights of the "Carioca" way of living and to treat clients as good old friends.
My city is as huge as it is amazing. Being here by yourself, even with the greatest guide book, will never allow you to really fully discover the magic that makes Rio de Janeiro such an unforgettable city.
Come on, I am ready to show you the beauties Rio de Janeiro has to offer and one of the things I love the most is to see people's smile and hear the "wooowww. . . " they say when see something new and unexpected. Private tours really help on this as everything becomes much more personal and intense.
I've been a private driver guide who offers private tours at Rio de Janeiro for over 6 years and I am accredited by the ministry of tourism to serve as an international, national and regional tour guide.
My tours are planned to be very informal but very informative, it is not just about showing regular touristic points or attractions. It is about to share the best of our culture, history, roots and traditions to attend your wishes and expectations presenting you to the most secluded, untouched and awe-inspiring locations in Rio de Janeiro.
My tours are designed to avoid crowds and on a basis of "first come, first served". I offer different tours suitable for families with children and seniors. I prepare both, a 1-day or multiday trip with a detailed schedule. I do walking city tours, mixed car and walking tours using my personal Toyota Corolla or any other transportation depending on the group size.
In addition to the obvious sights that everybody needs to see, like the Sugar Loaf and Christ The Redeemer (the post cards of Rio), I'll take you outskirts the city to show you the real nice places that a regular travel agency will never tell you about. Of course, those itineraries can be tailored to suit your particular interests and to match with your time frame.
You can be assured that I will look after you from the beginning up to the end of your tour to ensure that you will have a memorable experience with a level of service without limitations, where excellence and quality mean personalization and outstanding services.

Wonderful lady who gave us a tour of exactly what we wanted. Just tell her what you want to do, nothing is too much trouble. For a secure way to see the sites of Rio go to Rosangela. We had two half days, first day we went up Sugar Loaf and toured some of the other sites, on the second day we went up to Christ the Redeemer, Rose having organised the tickets for the train I advance to save the waiting time, brilliant as we only had to wait 10 minutes for the train. Brilliant guide really worthwhile.
