Take a private tour to see the best of the Lakes!
A full day varied tour that encompasses more than ten beautiful lakes, waterfalls and spectaular mountain scenery. Carefully selected photo stops and short walks to hidden views not seen from the road leave memorable impressions of some of the most stunning scenery in the world!
Refreshment stops have been chosen for their distinctly local flavour and can be a delicious Herdwick lamb pastie, cobbler or homemade ice cream made fresh on the farm.
I do not want to give away too many of the details that makes this such a magical tour; suffice to say that it provides a most memorable experience of the Lake District - you will not be disappointed!
If you only have time for one tour of the Lake District - this is it!
Waterfalls, mountains, lakes, culture and local food all combine to make for an excellent day out. We visit some of the most famous and lesser known places in the Lake District with an eye to getting the best views and experience possible in one day.
Short walks to Aira Force and Castlerigg Stone Circle, a total of ten lakes to photograph followed by unique refreshment stops to sample home made ice cream or local Herdwick lamb cobbler at the one and only Flock Inn.
Please join me to not only see the Lake District but to experience the most beautiful corner of England!

Andrew was a excellent and informative guide who shared his extensive knowledge of the northern lakes with us. We ended the tour feeling that we had been shown this beautiful part of Lakeland as only a native of the area could have done. Thank you, Andrew, for a wonderful day.
