Would you like to bask in Bamboo Grove Bath?
Bamboo Grove in Arashiyama is the best place to feel nature in Kyoto.
Straight-growing bamboo grows along an elegant walking trail that extends about 100 meters from the north side of Tenryuji Temple to the vicinity of the Okochi Mountain Villa. Feel the fatigue of walking slip away as you refresh your body and soul with a leisurely stroll along this cool, refreshing bamboo trail.
After Arashiyama's highlights, going to Gion area you can enjoy city shopping and traditional alleys.

I would like to thank Mr Yoshioro. I would give him 4 stars. Just a few comments from our side. With the GIon walk a lot of emphasis on Mitchelin restuarants which we were not interested in as much, in comparison to the American tourists. Also we did the 5 hr tour, which was short, but overall he did well to show us the parks, gardens, riverside. He was very accommodating with taking photos of the family.
