Yoga and Meditation Hike with a private guide
The powerful nature of Jasper and Banff National Park are the perfect places to practice mindfulness.
We will connect with the incredible nature here on one of the stunning park trails by walking slowly and mindfully absorbing all the sights, smells, and sounds.
We will do a part of the hike in silence to completely connect with the pure spaces we are experiencing. We will reach a breath-taking site and there we will do some yoga postures and/or meditate.
