A fantastic tour with Francesca. From start to finish Francesca provided an amazing service. I planned this trip 10 months in advance for myself and 7 friends. Francesca adapted one of her tours to accommodate the number and arranged for us to have a private boat all day. When the day came the tour was brilliant despite the rain. It was well planned and Francesca was incredibly knowledgeable, speaks perfect English and knows the best coffee shops and restaurants. A very professional, personable guide.
