Olga was personable, knowledgeable, and flexible in responding to our interests and questions. For example, when we found out there was a free concert in the Music Center, she was willing to let us take 15 minutes and listen to a Brandenburg Concerto, even though it wasn't on the schedule. Olga arranged for us to finish up in Market Square, convenient to shopping and more sights. It was a very nice introduction to Helsinki.
