For 13 years I've been exploring the mountains, volcanoes, ancient archaeological sites in the jungles, villages, cultures and cities of this beautiful country.
I'm an undergraduate student in tourism business management, sustainability, project planning and development.
I believe that sustainable tourism is a complementary way to impulse the development of the local families and communities, while preserving the cultural and natural heritage of my country.
The extensive knowledge I've collected from the experiences traveling around my country allows you flexibility in creating your tour to enjoy a personalized experience. If you want me to suggest an itinerary to match your tastes and desires, consider it done. However, if you want more involvement in the planning process, I welcome the opportunity to assist you with that as well.
My tours are exclusively private, this means I don't accommodate various groups of travelers unless it's a special request of a tour operator, organization or travel agent.
Do you have any questions? Please send me a message.
Looking forward to meeting you.
A Recent Review of this guide
We decided to book a walking tour of Antigua for my husband and myself and our 2 boys, ages 5 and 9. The regular tour guide wasn't available so Nestor filled in at the last minute. He did a great job showing us around the city and giving us a history behind the important buildings and churches. We ended the tour with a hike up the Cerro de la Cruz, with a beautiful view of the city. He did a great job with the tour and engaged very well with our boys. My 9 yo especially enjoyed asking him questions.
