In a Jaguar from a cruise ship or Glasgow.

See Loch Lomond and Glasgow in a luxury Jaguar. Many travelers do not realise that Loch Lomond and Glasgow are so close to each other.

I can collect you from your hotel or cruise ship. Loch Lomond is the start of the Highlands.

We will visit the village of Luss on the shores of the Loch and we will certainly stop for coffee on the balcony of a gorgeous hotel overloooking the Loch --- "The Lodge on the Loch". We will view the Loch from various viewpoints on the way.

Please note that the price is per tour and not per person

NOTE For more photographs of Loch Lomond please look at my Loch Lomond only tour on the website.

We will then head to the best preserved Victorian City in the UK -- Glasgow. The list of things to see and do here are endless. Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland and it is steeped in history. I can adjust everything to suit what you want so do not think this is a regimented tour. You tell me what you would like and I will go with it.
Please do get in touch if you have any questions.

Itinerary

I will collect you from your cruise ship or hotel and will take you to Glasgow and Loch Lomond. We will visit Loch Lomond and Glasgow city centre and surrounds as per the details shown on this tour. I will take you back to your ship or hotel. We will visit the Highland village of Luss which is very historical. We will drive along the loch stopping for photo opportunities. We will then head for Glasgow City Centre which is not too far away. I will ensure that you arrive at your ship in time for its departure. If you have come on tour from an hotel I will take you there or somewhere else in the area -- you might want a recommendation for a restaurant. I also can include a visit to The Auchentoshan Distillary where you will be offered a private tour of the distillary.
We can also visit Dumbarton Castle and Newark Castle-- both are hundreds of years old.

A Recent Review of this tour

This was a fantastic trip with a lovely man with a great sense of humor. we went to the loveliest of a town 120 people and spent a good deal of time mingling with people and enjoying this gem. We, as always, spent a good deal of time learning about the country, socioeconomic conditions, health care, universities. We did not regret our decision to skip the city and journey though the countryside. We wish we had had more time with this terrific gentleman.
