A delicious private walk to some of Paris' best patisseries
On this tour, we will visit around 5 of the best patisseries (pastry shops) that Paris is renowned for, while pleasantly walking around the city.
Each time you find a cake you like, we can stop at a park or a corner café to give you time to enjoy it.
You don't have to buy any, you can just snap a picture and come back later!
On the list, superstar chef Christophe Michalak, Jean-Paul Hévin, Pierre Hermé, Angelina, Carette, le Pain de Sucre, Café Pouchkine, Gérard Mulot, Cyril Lignac. . . the list goes on and on.
Paris is the best place of Earth for sweets, the most delicate cakes and prettiest pastries. It's also a culture the French take great pride in, but often do not like to share or explain. These things are hard to access when you are not a local and do not master the language and customs. That's why I came up with this tour, combining culture and desserts.
After this tour you'll know all the best places, just like a Parisian!

I can enter museums, taking you to the essential pieces, but I won't give commentary on the art. For that sort of art-focused tours, I would rather you hired one of my licensed colleagues on ToursByLocal and rather use me for outdoor city walks. Thanks!

We had a wonderful informative tour. The pastry shops we went to were wonderful. Plus David took us to see some of the sights including the Luxembourg garden which we did not see on our group tour. David was kind enough to buy two different pastries for our grandchildren. We said we wanted to see Notre Dame that day so he left us there so we could go inside. I would definitely recommend this tour.
