Enjoy the Korean maritime national park - Hallyeohaesang

Did you know South korea has more than 3, 000 islands? Hallyeohaesang national park was designated as the 2nd national park in Korea in 1968. There are about 100 islands and islets as if green emeralds spread on a flat blue sea. Sit back and relax the beautiful oceanic drive, cable car ride and cruise ship journey. What tools are needed to enjoy the beautiful nature except your bare eyes!

Good season to travel !!

From October to February -
you can enjoy freshly, daily, locally captured oysters in Geoje island!
(FYI - South korea is the second largest oyster exporter in the world, Tongyeong & Geoje island are the main producer in the country).

From December to February -
Camelia flowers are everywhere!

- Some photos are provided by Geoje city tourism department -
