Perfect for travelers coming by ship for the day!
Relive the scenes and walk the same path Khaleesi took her dragons and so much more in this exciting day long adventure, with riverside lunch in a 14thC mill where the famous naked bath scene was filmed! We'll begin in Split, touring the fascinating 1, 700 substructures of Diocletian's Palace. You'll see Daenerys' throne room, the dragons lair and the famous battle scene between General Gray Worm and Ser Barristan Selmy and Son of Harpies. Then we're off to the city walls of Mereen--Klis Fortress! Perched impossibly on a jagged 400 meter high rock, for more than 2000 years it has been a territorial stronghold. Emperor Augustus used it to keep the Dalmatians in line; later it became a royal castle that was the seat of many Croatian kings and during the Ottoman Wars (16thC) it was the dividing line between the Ottoman Empire and the Venetian Republic. To end our journey, enjoy an authentic "peka" (slow cooked under the bell) riverside lunch in a 14thC mill where the famous naked bath scene was filmed!
