Esra took us to gallipoli in late July. She came and met us iat our hotel in a wonderful air conditioned car and we spent the day amongst the battlefields. Esra was incredibly friendly, professional, sensitive to our sometimes overwhelming feelings of sadness and emotion and interestingly informative. I would recommend her unreservedly. At the end of the day she willingly helped us negotiate a bus ticket back to Istanbul - which was way beyond her brief.
