St- Martin's caves
It will be my pleasure to pick you up at your location in Saint John to begin your tour of my beloved city and area.
We will visit the famous Reversing Falls and discover the effects that a rising tide of 18 to 27 feet can present. We will then travel to the historical Village of St. Martin's. Here we will discover the importance of Shipbuilding and the Lumber Industry of the 1800's. Also in St. Martin's we will visit two covered bridges and the lighthouse within the village.
Then to the famous caves, where at low tide you can walk within the caves if the tides allow us. Also here , there is an ocean view restaurant which is known for it's famous fish chowder if you desire. From this location, we will return to Saint John and revisit Reversing Falls so you can experience what difference a few hours can make.
We will then head back to the departure area (on time) and be dropped at your original location or in the uptown core to explore on your own.
Begin with a Uptown view of Saint John. A visit to Reversing Falls. Drive to Saint-Martin's via Fundy coast, shop at beach, visit St Martin cave, walk caves if tide is low , enjoy optional world fish chowder. visit lighthouse, covered bridge, and flower pot. Return to Saint John re-visit Reversing Falls to see tide change and complete tour at King Square with time allotted for shopping at the Old City Market.
