Maria was very knowledgeable and helpful to us throughout our time in Moscow. Beginning with helping us communicate with hotel staff to get our safe working, to explaining what we were seeing throughout the day. We had to deal with the crowds of the World Cup, but she navigated things well. And she was very flexible with our schedule, including adding in a visit to the Armed Forces Museum at the end of the day. She was friendly, energetic and shared her city well.
