Let's go to food market and let's cook and eat together !
Tell me what you eat and I tell you who you are!
There are some places in the world where food tells a lot of legends and traditions grown around a population. Let's try to use our imagination looking a wooden box full of olives.
Let me tell you about my grandfather who went to work every morning at 5 am in his olive trees field, and with the other workers has breakfast with bread, tomatoes and "nolche", the black olives, cooked under the ash of the fire that warmed the cold mornings.
Olives are just one of the storyteller that we will encounter in the food market, where we will fill our basket of local products and we will go to cook together with a local "mamma" who will tell us the secrets how to make a perfect "orecchietta", or the superstition about the salt: don't throw it on the table. If it happens throws salt three times behind your left shoulder and good luck will come back to you!
