Day 1: Transfer.
Day 2: Morning cooking lesson - "Banitsa" (prepared with eggs, cheese and phyllo pastry and baked in the oven)
How to make homemade cheese lessons in the afternoon
Day 3: Lunch cooking lesson - "Tarator" (cold soup made of yogurt, water, cucumber, garlic, walnut and dill) and "Moussaka" (prepared with potatoes, minced meat, onion, eggs, spices and Bulgarian yogurt)
Evening cooking lesson - "Stuffed peppers" (fresh peppers filled with minced meat and rice)
Day 4: Visits to Tryavna, the museum of Bulgarian crafts near Gabrovo, Valley of Thracian kings
Day 5: Old Plovdiv tour in the morning.
Extensive afternoon visit to "Starata Izba" winery in the village of Parvenets, where you can taste some local wines such as "Mavrud" as well as popular sorts such as "Chardonnay&Merlot"
Day 6: Visits to the Pomak market and the Old church in Dobarsko village. Evening performance by the famous Dobarsko Grandmothers - Bulgarian folk music and dancing
Day 7: Visit to Rila Monastery. Departure to Sofia
