Wonderful, Wonderful experience with Eliza from start to finish. If you have kids form 8-12 years old (we have 4), Eliza will be your best guide at Florence. Kids walked whole afternoon close to 3 hours under the brutal sun without a word of complaining. She can totally engage with your kids and tailor your tour toward kids and have learn some arts, histories, and interesting thing that only local knows in very interesting and interactive ways. Highly recommend!
