Patty was easy to understand, and extraordinarily well versed in the history behind the gallery and its paintings/sculptures. You could visit the gallery without a guide and certainly enjoy the pretty art. However, having someone who can explain the relationships between the painters and their patrons, and the history that those painting represents made the experience infinitely richer. I would recommend Patty with no hesitation, and would use tours by locals again.
