This private walking tour with your own local guide takes you into the world famous Edinburgh castle and unveils its history and highlights, and with time for you to go explore further for yourself, then into the old town(auld toon)with its dark closes and ancient history, then in stark contrast into a more modern, enlightened and commercial Edinburgh its classical Georgian New Town, or a walk down the famous Royal Mile.

Lothian Region Transport main bus- Single adult ticket - £1.50 day ticket £4.60. Airlink Bus - Adult Single £4.50, return £7.50 (correct money on LRT buses) check LRT website for any changes.
2 course Lunch meals start from about £10.95 upwards.
Taxi from city centre to Airport or South Queensferry £20 to £25, city centre to Castle £5 - £7 approx.

The tour cost does not cover admission to the castle. You will need to buy tickets for the Castle. refreshments, guide books are extra.
