We start with buying products in a fresh food market, cook together, using my grandma's recipes. Ukrainian borsch (beetroot soup), holubtsi (cabbage rolls stuffed with rice and meat or mushrooms), banosh (traditional in Carpathian mountains), "Lazy chicken" , pyrizky (pastry with different fillings - cheese, potatoes, cabbage, beans, apples, plums, berries, etc. ), syrnyky (cheese pancakes), deruny (potato pancakes) or zucchini pancakes and many other tasty and unforgettable things. The menu depends on your tastes and the season. We can discuss it while shopping.
Experience a different culture in food and traditions and of course, enjoy the food!
During our tour I'll tell you about Ukrainian cuisine, customs and traditions. You will get the recipes of Ukrainian famous dishes.
