Paulo was a godsend. After flight cancellations and delays, I contacted Paulo to advise that I possibly would not make it to the Algarve for our tour. Paulo comforted me and assured me we would find a way. And indeed, when I arrived in Lisbon with little hope of making it to the Algarve for our tour, Paulo offered to pick me up in Lisbon and take me in his car to my hotel in the Algarve. Paulo did so, and, I am forever grateful. Additionally, Paulo provided excellent guide services the next two days.
