Explore the vibrant city of Durban on a walking tour.
The city of Durban is a cultural stew of different cultures and ethnicities that make it unique in South Africa. On this walking tour we'll explore the early history of Durban as well as the Indian and Zulu cultures that have shaped the city we know today.
After meeting you at the start point, I will do a brief introduction and after that we start our walk.
We'll be covering the early history of Durban and will visit the city center as well as the Zulu and Indian markets. We will also visit the Juma Masjid mosque (this depends on the mosque) and Emmanuel Cathedral (this depends on the cathedral).
During the course of the tour we will stop for a traditional bunny chow (or similar) lunch.
This itinerary takes about 5 hours.
