Highlights of the island's capital (3 miles)
Normally starting from your hotel, we shall take in the sea air with a stroll along Douglas's magnificent sea front, with its Victorian architecture, horse drawn trams, and echoes of the town's use as an internment camp during World War II. We shall also look at the island's parliament, Tynwald, as well as its harbour and steam railway station. A useful introduction to the town early in a holiday.
