It's just a walk in the park...
If you have time to see just one theme park, make it the Magic Kingdom. You'll feel like a kid again as you visit Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland while visiting famed attractions including Space Mountain, the Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Hall of Presidents, and it's a small world.
Your guide, a former Walt Disney World cast member, will share the history of the park, clue you in on what happens behind the scenes, and offer insights on the best approach to the park to see and do as much as possible. He'll also share intriguing trivia so you'll know how beer drove Walt Disney to Florida, the iconic theme park that would fit inside Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom parking lot, and why you'll never see a pirate in Tomorrowland.
As Walt Disney famously described it, the Magic Kingdom is "The Happiest Place on Earth. "
**Walt Disney World Tickets and parking fees ($20) are not included in tour price. **
In a day at the Magic Kingdom, you'll learn how Walt Disney's vision to create the world's largest resort was sparked by shortcomings at California's Disneyland and then became a reality as multiple challenges led to innovative solutions.
Once inside the Magic Kingdom, you'll be shown some of the subtle artistic touches often overlooked by most park guests. From sound effects to the park's ingenious design to 'Hidden Mickeys', these are the little things that "create the magic. " As you explore the park, you'll also learn what happens "backstage" to present this extraordinary show each and every day.
We'll plan to see a stage show at Cinderella Castle, a parade on Main Street USA and, if your schedule allows, stick around to enjoy the evening fireworks spectacular.
Since attendance can dictate wait times at attractions (especially the most popular ones), we'll use the FastPass system to alleviate delays and create a smart approach to the park to make sure you experience as much magic as possible.
Meeting Location + Tour Duration
Meeting location: Guests can be picked up at their hotel in the attractions area, ie: Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, International Drive. If you are staying on property at a WDW resort hotel, meeting at either the Magic Kingdom's Main Gate or the Ticket & Transportation Center (where ferryboats and monorails depart for the Magic Kingdom) allows us time to discuss the history of the park prior to arriving at Main Street USA.
A day at the Magic Kingdom can be a very full one that requires a lot of walking and, often, a lot of waiting. Allowing time to reach the park entrance from off-property can take as long as an hour, approximately a half-hour from most resorts on Disney World property.
Depending on the park's attendance and wait times at attractions, the tour should last eight hours.
End location: Should you be staying at a Walt Disney World hotel, when the tour is complete you may choose to remain inside the Magic Kingdom. Guests staying off-property can return to their hotel with their guide or decide to remain in the park and arrange transportation back to their hotel.
Duration: 8 hours
Time reflects meeting time to departure time. Transportation time to/from off-property hotels will be considered within tour time. Guests wishing to stay to see the evening fireworks spectacular may choose to start at a later time.

My services as a private guide are provided as well as transportation by private car driven by your guide. Guests can be picked up at their hotel in the attractions area, ie: Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, International Drive. Expressway tolls are included, however the Walt Disney World theme park parking fee -- $20 -- is not.
Estimated Local Cash Needed
50 USD - If you can leave the Magic Kingdom without buying a souvenir, you'd be the first. Post cards are inexpensive, t-shirts and stuffed animals around $20. But some Disney items sell in the hundreds of dollars. The cash you carry will depend on how many souvenirs you'd like to buy.
Please purchase your park tickets in advance.
