3 hours walkingtour Delft or combine it with the Royal Delft Experience or a car/train tour to The Hague, private tour
Delft is so beautiful! Come and feel Dutch history in the best possible way with your own private art historian. Delft is the home of William of Orange, Anthony van Leeuwenhoek, Royal Delft and famous painters like Vermeer, Jan Steen, Pieter de Hoogh and Fabritius (The goldfinch). See where William of Orange was shot in the Prinsenhof, visit his monumental grave at the New Church, or the graves of captain Piet Hein and Maarten Tromp, Anthonie van Leeuwenhoek and Vermeer in the Old Church, admire the Town Hall and Waag, the narrow canals and many markets.
We can combine this visit with The Royal Delft Experience, The Vermeer Centrum or a train/car tour to The Hague to see Vermeer's Girl with the pearl earring and Fabritius' Goldfinch in the Maurice House.
PLEASE NOTE: all my tours are CUSTOM MADE. We can add more hours, private transportation, extra places to visit, whatever you would like to see, eat, or do. Please tell me your preferences and I'll prepare the perfect tour for you.

The focus of my visit to Amsterdam, Delft, and The Hague was historical Dutch art and architecture. On our second day Walda met me in her wonderful, small, comfortable for long legs, Citroen and took me to Delft for a tour of the Royal Delft Factory followed by a walking tour of Delft. After a light lunch, we drove to The Hague to viewing the city and government buildings and tour the Mauritshuis Museum to see gems by Vermeer, Rembrandt and more. Walda is excellent and a very informative guide. JS
