Outstanding guide. Elena is so knowledgeable about the area. We visited the D_Day beaches. This was my 3rd time, but the most interesting. Elena took us into the german fortifications and showed us exactly what the Allies were up against. She showed us large photographs taken the days during and after the invasion. We visited the beaches, thecliffs, german pillboxes and more. We had lunch directly looking over one of the beaches. We toured past some of the towns involved during that time period.
