Learn how tho make some of the most traditional dishes from Parma
Are you interested in traditional cookery? Would you like to learn how some of the most delicious plates from Emilia-Romagna are made? I am not a chef, but I am a cook, and in 3 hours I'll teach you how to make our traditional Giardinera, a vegetables antipasto, then you'll learn how the Tortelli alla Parmigiana are made. Our meat course will be the Duchessa di Parma and our dessert will be either a Panna Cotta or a Sbrisolona cake.
The cooking class will take place at one of my favourite wineyards, south of Parma. At the end you'll have lunch with what you'll prepare (the dishes will be cooked by the staff). Some of the most traditional local wines will be served during the meal.
