Visit the area's best-known Mayan ruin, swim in a cenote
Chichen Itza is on many people's bucket list and so, this tour will take you there and on the way back from Merida, give you a chance to drop into a cenote for a refreshing dip.
After picking you up in Merida, it's an hour or so to the site of Chichen Itza. We will be taking the toll road (included) to get you there as quickly as possible to avoid crowds, vendors and the heat!
Once there, you will tour the site for an hour or two, depending on your interest and if you are loving it or not.
Finally, returning to Merida we make a stop at a cenote for a refreshing dip and then it's back home to your hotel or rental in Merida.

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide Ralf was amazing. Ralf is very professional and really takes care of you and even spoils you. We were able to get a sense of the culture from Ralf who has lived here for 30 years. I will be using Tours by Locals with the next time I come here. I also love the fact they pick you up from where you are staying drop you back. Great Tour !
