Birds watching Tour


undoubtedly Colombia is the Home of the Largest number of Birds in the World. almost 2. 000 different species almost 20% of the entire world's Avian Diversity. Unfurtanely most people don't really care about that, some factors have changed the way they live and Interact, Today we have the great honor to see most of this birds in its perfect shape and prevent them from Commercial Porpuses, Base on Analysis and statistic we pursue that dream of repopulating them and send them home, I have personally been involved in this Dream and contribute to bird conservation, In this Tour we will be available to see both endemic and endanger species so be ready to learn from the magical avian world in Cartagena .

Itinerary

My itinerary proposal:
- Meeting Point: Use the pedestrian path that leads to the DUTY-FREE, and along the walkway is the meeting point with the Staff holding your sign. for more info please see the meeting point map in the photo album. Please don't take the Shuttle Bus.
-A driving tour to The Aviary of Colombia, Located 45 min from the City.
-Visit the National Aviary 2 hours max.
-visit 4 different exhibitions, learn about birds and Its level of preservation. have a cold drink.
-If possible see a bird Show, all depends on the hour we visit.
-Drive back to the City Walled to Stop for an Authentic Local Lunch and have a Panoramic View of The Old Town.
-Walk along the Old City to take some pictures while learning about History and its Culture.
-Drop off at the main port/hotel lobby.
