Egyptian Museum, Historical Mosques, Synagogues and Churches of Cairo
Cairo has a lot to live up to; the jewel of the orient, the city of one a thousand minarets and the melting-pot of ancient and modern civilizations are just a few of its monikers.
To take in some of the city's magnitude, take a tour to the Egyptian Museum, the mosque of Ibn Tulun, and Coptic Cairo (the Hanging Church, the Cave Church, the Fort of Babylon and the Jewish Synagogue).
The Egyptian Museum houses the magnificent heritage of the pharaohs. See the splendid collection of the famous boy- king Tut-ankh-amon including the breath-taking Golden Mask. Look at the impressive mummies which still have hair, finger and toe nails and teeth.

Tarek was an amazing tour guide. He is one of the friendliest and most engaging people I've ever met. I love when I can see the passion on a guide's face as they dig deep into a topic very few people know about. That's Tarek. He knows Egypt like very few - and he's so passionate about the history and culture. I felt like I was with a master the entire time I was in Cairo. The coptic churches, mosques, Giza, and the museum were all unbelievable. Some of the most breathtaking experiences of my life.
