Get to know Bologna's wine tradition walking around the historical city centre and exploring the countryside.
Discover the incredible history of the Brentatori, the medieval wine-carriers whose guild is still alive.
Live Bologna like a local enjoying a glass of our loved sparkling white wine (Pignoletto DOC) paired with typical products in the city's oldest osteria.
Then, after a lovely wine and handmade pasta traditional lunch, we'll drive to Dozza, wine capital of the region and among the most beautiful medieval village in Italy. A unique "Painted village". There we visit the Enoteca Regionale located inside the amazing Sforza Castle's cellars. We'll be welcomed by a family winery to unveil the secrets of wine production and enjoy a special tasting experience with plenty of great local food (Sangiovese, Trebbiano, and the unforgettable Albana DOCG).
