a tour to discover the most delicious places in town

With this walking tour I'll let you taste the most famous food products from here, like tortellini, mortadella, tigelle and more. You'll see that in Bologna, apart from the cheeses and the cured meats, we make a real lot of different things. We'll walk trough the vegetables market and we'll see a lot of fruits and vegetables from here. Near the market we'll stop to see how our traditional pasta makers, the sfogline, make tortellini, lasagne, tagliatelle or tortelloni, the most traditional pastas from Bologna. After a short walk we will arrive at a very nice and famous chocolate shop and then at the medieval market, lively and very crowded. Here you will see a very famous bakery and you will be able to taste a tray of cured meats or any other food specialty from the region. The tour can finish with a gelato lesson that must be booked in advance.
