We've entered a new phase of growth, expanding internationally from our headquarters in downtown Vancouver, Canada. We now have offices in Glasgow, Scotland; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and (most recently!) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Since we launched in 2008, ToursByLocals has served over 700,000 travelers. As of right now, we offer travellers a choice of 15,000 tour itineraries, including everything from penguin safaris in South Africa to tours of the Vatican in Rome.
As we work with guides and travellers in every time zone, the move to open Customer Support offices in the UK and Malaysia ensures customers have access to trained support staff by phone or email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There's a good chance you've spoken with someone from one of these office, either by phone, email or LiveChat.
The office in Buenos Aires is dedicated to the Tour Experience team: staff who ensure ToursByLocals has the right selection of guides offering the local tours travellers want in every significant destination they're visiting in 2018 and beyond. We opened our first office in Buenos Aires 2.5 years ago, and tonight we host a launch party for our brand new, larger space.
