There are several ceremonies in Bamenda fundoms and kingdoms, manifesting customs, social life, rituals, oral history and spiritual culture. If you have the opportunity to attend one, do. There are colorful, exuberant and fascinating insights into a culture that has been passed downs from generations. Whether your visit is to sample fast rush of one of its adventures, or to discover its vibrant palace, allow yourself to be seduced by its creativity. Don't resist its beautiful wood carving in all its sizes, drums, masks, colorful fabrics, his majesty's tiger carpet and woven calabashes.


Arrive Douala; meet assist and transfer to your hotel.
After breakfast travel to Bandjuon for a tour of the area. Your tour will include a visit to the Chief's palace as well as a visit to a museum for a tale of local folklore. Afterwards continue on to Bafoussam, the provincial capital.
Your tour will include a visit to the Palace of the Sultan of the Bamun as well as a local museum for traditional culture and crafts.
Afterwards travel to the town of Bafut, for a visit to the Palace of the Fon of Bafut as well as a local museum.
After breakfast travel through the Ndop plain, and then move up the hillside to meet the peoples of the Bororo ethnic group.
Day 6 Babungo Palace
We visit the museum at the Fon's palace, home to more than 3000 traditional masks. Overnight at the Babungo Foundation guesthouse.
Day 7: Bali Nyonga Palace
Visit the king palace, a guided visit of the palace, get souvenirs, end of tour.
