Private Walking Tour through Bairro Alto, Chiado, Carmo and Baixa
Lisbon has a million different atmospheres and the Upper Districts of Bairro Alto, Carmo and Chiado can take you back in time: from 1300s convents to the XX century big episodes that changed Portugal's history, passing by the 1800s, when aristocracy chose this area of Lisbon as the place to be. We'll walk on Chiado's streets filled with shops, theatres and cafes, where the most famous poets and writers used to sit and get inspired to write their books! I'll take you on an unforgetable tour through Bairro Alto's belvederes. There will be time to walk along River Tagus and explore a part of the downtown (Baixa) where we'll find the historical Santa Justa's Lift. . . It's "an old brand new" Lisbon waiting for you!
Note: We can always try to adjust the starting times.
Over the course of 3 and a half hours we'll discover several Lisbon's districts: Bairro Alto, Chiado, Carmo and Downtown (Baixa)
