All Athens monuments in a day.
The tour will start with the Acropolis visit. Just before we enter the site we'll see Mars Hill, from where we'll have an amazing view of the Ancient Agora and the best preserved ancient Greek temple of Hephaestus. On Acropolis we will see the masterpieces of the 5th century BC and the whole city and it's monuments from above. We'll walk down the south slope of the Acropolis through the Asklepieion, the ancient healing center and the theatre of Dionysus, the world's first theatre built of stone. We'll then visit the New Acropolis Museum, to see the statues and the sculptures that once decorated the Acropolis monuments. Next we'll visit the temple of Zeus, once the biggest temple in this city and see Hadrian's Arch. At the end we will see the Kallimarmaro stadium, where the first modern Olympics were held in 1896.
