On Sundays, the main stret comes alive when vendors come to twon to sell handicrafts, vegetables, and ornamental flowers at the twon's famous market.
Visitors seeking a little action can hike through rainforest, race through the forest on a zip line, or horseback-ride high up to a lookout point. An excellent tour with an excellent guide! We wanted to get out of Panama City for a day. We previously toured with Clemente and had such a memorable experience that we knew we wanted to tour with him again. He is what Panama is all about: he is friendly, he is very knowledgeable, and he enjoys being with people.
