The capital of fine cuisine, private tour
The reputation of Lyon's know-how in cooking is at least 100 years old. It is the city of gastronomy, there are today about 20 Michelin-stars restaurants, which improve this knowledge by trying the tradition newly and by creating thousand new recipies each month. The cooks find their inspiration in the local agriculture and its production; they select the best to offer you a variety of dishes of the "Haute Cuisine".
For the lay persons, it is possible to explore this process by visiting the open-air markets, covered market, the pastries, chocolate factories and wine cellars in town. The Taste of Lyon let itself be discovered in full day!
