Kid Friendly: Yes. The tour and explanations are more geared for adults but can be easily modified for older children. This is not a "kid's tour".
Florence is not completely handicap friendly. There are many cobblestone streets and few ramps.
I have "successfully " done this tour with travellers in wheel chairs accompanied by strong "assistants". Please let me know of any disabilities.

A visit to Florence isn't complete without a visit to the Academia and Michelangelo's David, his most famous sculpture.
We'll combine this visit with a walking tour of the city's artistic and historic highlights for a half day tour of about 3 to 3. 5 hours.
This tour is not available on Mondays or on the first Sunday of each month.
Accademia Gallery with Michelangelo's David and other masterpieces, walk through the city center where we'll see the Cathedral Square, Signoria Square and the Old Palace, Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio) and time permitting other important locations.

The Accademia Museum costs 12,50 euro per person/adults and 4 euro per child under 18 years of age.
