All year round trip from Zurich
The queen of the mountains offers spectacular views over the Swiss alps and lakes. This fantastic round trip enables you to see a great part of central Switzerland. You'll travel along lakes, through little villages and beautiful alpine scenery and we'll visit the old town of Lucerne.
On top of Mt. Rigi we've time, to do a small hike and have a typical swiss lunch in one of the alpine restaurants.
Europe's oldest cogwheel train and a relaxing boat ride will bring us to Lucerne. We'll stroll over the famous chapel bridge into the old town and visit the lions monument.
The end of the tour will be in the railway station Lucerne, from where a 50min. train ride will bring you back to Zürich.
We'll meet at 9 a. m. in the main station in Zürich to catch a train to the base of Mt. Rigi, where we change into a cogwheel train.
We'll have 3 hours on top to enjoy the queen of the mountains, before we take a different cogwheel train and a relaxing one hour boat ride to Lucerne. After a 90min. guided tour through the beautiful city, we'll end the tour at 5. 00 p. m. in the railway station Lucerne.

Great day with Nicole. As I have limited mobility, Nicole was very good and made sure I was OK with the activities. Much appreciated!
