Yoga, breakfast and spiritual walk
I invite you to start with full energy your day in Varanasi with a healthy morning: Yoga, one of our more important traditions, & Meditation, breakfast and morning walk throught the ghats.
We will meet at the lobby of your Hotel at 6 am, then we'll reach my Yoga Center near Assi ghat. I am Yoga teacher for more than 20 years and is my passion! It is the science of the complete and united being: soul, mind and body in full harmony.
Around 6:30 we'll start the class; In 1 hour you will practice streaching, different Asanas (positions), Pranayama (breathing circulation) and we'll dedicate the last minutes for the Meditation.
After class we'll breakfast at the best home made and healthy food place: brown bread, fruit salad with curd, tea/coffee, …
After we'll walk (1h. ) through the ghats with explanations about palaces that we'll find, small temples, burning ghat… Contemplating the local's daily rutine like the worship and dips in Ganga river.
Return to your Hotel.
