PREMIUM TOURS in ARMENIA for travelers who value their precious time and look for unique and more refined travel experiences.

You can be on a regular tour and you can be on a magical tour. And the tour can be magical if your guide has knowledge, professionalism which comes from experience, organizational skills, sense of humor. . .

I gave my first tour in June 2003 when I was still a student at Yerevan State University studying Romance (Spanish) & Germanic (English) Philology! I speak excellent English, Russian and Spanish as I have a teaching degree. . .
Guiding has been my full-time job since 2006 when I got my License as a professional tour guide!
15 years of experience of guiding has so many benefits for you, my traveler; I know which attractions are the best so I can provide with the best bespoke itinerary, make sure you are pampered; you visit the most unique and remote places where a regular tourist doesn't have access or can't find by themselves, you eat the most delicious food at the most exotic places, you learn everything about Armenia - history and daily life, you interact with local Armenians and you have unlimited photo stops and are never rushed. I'm an amateur photographer and I know where to take you so you take the best pictures of your trip! And I will be happy to take your pictures too!
I'm very passionate about what I do. I LOVE being a tour guide!
I'm full of energy, enthusiasm. There will be a lot of fun, jokes, adventures… simply a trip you will never forget!
My hobbies include sports, food & wine, traveling… As an experienced traveler I know how it feels when you are in a foreign country and how your time should be spent with a good quality guide.

Armenia is one of the oldest countries in the world to exist on its original territory, a contemporary of Persia and Roman Empire. Its capital Yerevan is 29 years older than Rome.
Being the world's first Christian country since 301 A. D. the landscape of Armenia is dotted by fairy-tale monasteries and churches, ancient castles tucked away in remote secret places.
Armenia is home to the world's oldest winery and has a long history of wine making. Local winemakers produce wonderful wines.
The Armenian cuisine is one of the oldest in the world. The food is healthy and delicious.
During our tours you will meet local Armenian people (98% of the population of Armenia) and socialize with them, and don't be surprised if they invite you into their homes and share their food with you! "A guest is the messenger of God", an Armenian proverb… In Armenia you feel as if you are God because everywhere you are pampered if you are a guest.

As for transportation I use modern executive/luxury transportation running on petrol (not gas) which is safe and it has left driving side (as it should be).
I always come with my professional drivers, Levon or Samvel, who will make your journey safe and comfortable allowing your guide to focus on telling you stories and point out at all the interesting stuff along the way.

I offer cultural tours to the most beautiful historic sites in fascinating natural settings which I can mix with wine tours, cooking classes, light hiking.
I am one of the few Armenian tourist guides that can provide you with tailor-made tours off the beaten track.
Come with me and explore the best Armenia has to offer!

I'll be looking forward to meeting you in my fascinating country!

A Recent Review of this guide

Mariam was an outstanding guide. She is immensely knowledgeable and clearly loves her country. What made her so special, however, is her warmth. We were travelling with two small children and they both adored her. She adjusted the tour to our interests and needs, particularly the children's needs. She was also very generous with her time. I was so interested in the tour that I did not notice we had gone well over 4 hours. I would love to return to Armenia just to go on more tours with her.
