I have a great passion and love for guiding and providing a great travel experience.
Working as a full time tour guide/tour leader since 2012 I am doing my best to make the trips of my guests (travelers) as memorable, as enjoyable, as convenient, as interesting as possible. A lot of comments by the guests inspired me a lot and made me think that I do it well due to the necessary qualities, such as:
•Comprehensive knowledge (BA in Cultural Studies), structured and analytic thinking, fluency in language and communication skills
E. g. : "Anahit, Nagorno Karabagh Republic topic is pretty complicated, but you explained it very well and made it very clear. "
"Well done Anahit, now we know how your velvet revolution happened, which were the reasons and consequences. "
•Organized with great sense of responsibility in all the arrangements
E. g. : "Wow, we don't have to wait in the line to take the cable car!"
•Care for the convenience and pleasant stay with ensuring the quality service of all the entities you interact with (hotel, restaurant, driver etc. ), assisting with recommendations or reservations, organizing medical assistance whenever necessary and a lot of other possible or even impossible things sometimes
E. g. : "Anahit, we enjoyed Gayane ballet yesterday, as well as the tour in the brandy factory. Thank you very much for your suggestions and bookings. "
•Flexibility in adapting or organizing the tour considering your interests and preferences
E. g. : "That's great that we had more time in the manuscript museum and stopped to see the Erebuni fortress after finishing the sites of the itinerary. "
•Problem solving skills
E. g. : "Thank you Anahit for finding my suitcase and taking it back from another tour bus which took mine by mistake. I was in panic and very worried but you were very smart and fast. "
•And of course all the above mentioned would make no difference without crucial enthusiasm, smile and viral positive mood and joyful company
E. g. : "Thank you Anahit for your passion and endless positive energy. "
These competences and constant professional growth brought me the fame of a highly qualified guide in Armenia, therefore I also work with State Tourism Committee as well as conduct tours for delegations and official guests.
You are more than welcome to Armenia, my wonderful country of rich and old cultural-historical heritage, mountainous but diverse stunning landscape, sunny weather, hospitable people, delicious cuisine and many more!
For my private tours I use convenient and air conditioned Toyota Sequoya, Mercedes Viano and Honda Odyssey cars always with WiFi.
Please feel free to contact me for customized tours, group tours or if you have any questions.
A Recent Review of this guide
I couldn't be more pleased with Anahit. She is possibly the best guide I've ever experienced. She replies to emails promptly, met us at our hotel on time. Her knowledge and passion on Armenian history and archeological sites is amazing. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour she organised. She is not only a good guide but an ambassador to her country. A+++. Malcolm Tan (Singapore)

I am not the driver during the tours as I always arrange the transportation with the best drivers to make the ride as safe as possible and also concentrate only on the tour and the guests.
