We were collected at 9.30 and made our way to Robert Weil winery which was a very 'smart' winery and a beautiful Facility. A nice talk and a better understanding of the wine grading system. We then headed to Balthasar Ress which was a much smaller winery and more intimate. We then had lunch at Schloss Johannisberg which I'd highly recommend. Fantastic service, food and atmosphere. Then did a boat trip down the Rhine and ended up being collected at Oberwesel at the Rhinstein castle. unbelievable place!
