It is our first visit to Japan and Kyoto and we were very lucky to be able to book Koichi - only possible because we were booking well in advance. Throughout our booking procedure, Koichi has been very friendly and communicative. Finally the day arrived when he met us in our hotel lobby - perfectly on time. Our day together has been fascinating, we have experienced so much, it was a perfect balance between the major cultural sites as well as modern Kyoto. It is and will remain a memory for life!
