if i could give a 10 star rating for Vivien i would. She is amazing. I have been using Toursbylocals for a few years now and she is by far the BEST tour guide i have ever had. We were hit with some pretty nasty weather in London but she was able to make an 8 hour tour extremely enjoyable and incredible. She really knows where to go and what to see. Her extensive knowledge of the History of not just London but all of European History is incredible and very helpful as you tour the Tower of London and others
