Birdwatching, hiking and hot springs will be the experience on a private tour to the waterfalls
These waterfalls noted as some of the highest in Guatemala and Central America, are located on the slopes of the Tajumulco volcano. The site has a wide variety of flora, fauna and offers the opportunity to bathe in hot springs.
On the road, we will make a stop to explore a wonderful reserve called "Refugio Del Quetzal" an area dedicated to preserve and protect "El Quetzal" the Guatemala's national bird. A lovely walking through the Cloudy forest, with a wide option to do birdwatching.
Once we arrive the community to La Igualdad, we will do a moderate walking to get to the waterfalls hidden on the mountain, where you will have the opportunity to swim on the cold water and then to swim in the hot springs.
