Visit the 6th largest cathedral in the world and the site of important U. S. ceremonies, such as the funerals of Presidents and services relating to important events such as inaugurations, etc. A "house of prayer for all peoples" we'll visit the nave, various chapels, the high alter and crypt. We'll see the tomb of Widrow Wilson, the only president buried in Washington, DC and the magnificent stained glass windows. We'll also is the tower with a wonderful view of the Washington from the highest point in town. Accompanying this tour could be tours of Embassy Row including the Vice President's home or the Washington National Zoo or the beautiful homes of Northwest Washington.

Entrance fee Monday-Saturday $11 per person, $7 for seniors and students. There is not entrance fee on Sundays. Souvenirs, transportation, food at Open Table cafe.
I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle, arrange for a separate car and driver (at additional cost) or we can use DC's great Metro system combined with reasonable taxi cabs when needed.
