Dubrovnik Ol Town And Walls on foot
You want to get the full experience of the Old Town Dubrovnik?
This tour will provide just that!
We will climb the walls of Dubrovnik and while walking them I will tell you about when, why and how they were built.
The walls were guardians of Dubrovnik but it took much more than walls to preserve the freedom. . . find out what it was!
This walk will make you appreciate and understand the glorious history of Dubrovnik, you will absorb the the astonishing views of the Town before walking its streets.
* Please take appropriate, comfortable foot wear (streets and walls can get slippery), a hat and some water.
After meeting at the agreed location, we will climb the walls and walk those 2 kilometres (1, 3 miles) that encompass the Town (we can do a half only if you wish) and see the landmarks of Dubrovnik (St. Lawrence fortress, the Bell Tower, Stradun).
After the walls we will do the walking tour of the Town and its streets while seeing all main sites (Onofrio's fountain, Rector's Palace, The Cathedral, Church of St. Blaise, Orlando column, Sponza palace and more).
We will finish the walking tour within the walls.
*If the weather is to bad to do the walls the alternative is visiting Dubrovnik's museums (Rector's palace, Maritime museum, Ethnographical museum. . )

Mariana was completely conversational and ready to share personal stories. She definitely has a gift of gab and likes to be relational, she approached our tour as a whole experience giving us the historical facts as well as the impact of today's atmosphere of Dubrovnik. Once we let Mariana know we wanted the real history, it became a better overall tour. We enjoyed the fortress wall walk and learned a great deal about how they achieved success against their enemies.
